To create a ticket, either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call +44 (0) 1822 855 466. The support desk is open weekdays 09:00 and 17:30.
You can also use our support portal, where you can create and follow your tickets, as well as find manuals and guides. Log in using the user account you created when signing up as a customer.
Log in to the portal
To log in to the support portal:
Select Log in.
Create a new case
To create a new ticket:
Select Send a request.
Please provide as much information about your problem/question as possible, to allow our support staff to provide you with the best possible assistance.
Follow an open ticket
- To follow an open ticket, click on your user name and select My activities.
2. Your tickets are listed under My requests Simply click on the required ticket to see more information. When the ticket is updated, an email is sent to the address you gave when contacting us.
When you view an open ticket, you can see all of the communication between you and our support staff concerning this ticket. You can also send a reply and add more information to the ticket.
3. When a ticket is closed, you will receive an email to this effect. You will also get the chance to rate the support you received.
