Compilator (including former Team Systems) consists of a number of dedicated employees who are passionate about you, and passionate about your business getting as much as possible from what we can offer. Our support will help you with all your questions about our solutions and complimentary products. Throughout the year, we receive an average of 40 emails and 40 phone calls per day, and we respond within approximately 30 seconds. You can reach us via email, telephone, or through the question section on our website.

We have an emergency contact number to call at weekends when the office is shut: +44 (0)7473 636 431. Please note: This is for critical issues only. Standard/non-urgent queries are dealt with during normal office hours.

A bug in Google Chrome when running DäckData!
In the latest version of Google Chrome there is a bug that interfers with the printer client Neodynamics Webclient – which Däckdata use to access the printers.
If you are experiencing this issue you will get a question asking you to run the client everytime you are trying to print something. To circumvent the problem – until Google solves it on their end – you´ll need to right click on the tab that runs DäckData and chose ”duplicate”. Then keep using DäckData in the tab that DON´T show the error message.
